Full terms
- Submit 3 or more properties in one portfolio review to take part. Portfolios under 3 properties do not qualify for the gift card.
- Building Energy Experts pays $100 for each submitted property that passes the property specific review, up to $500 per management company for the quarter.
- Whether a property qualifies is decided by that review. Submitting a portfolio does not confirm eligibility for any property or for the gift card.
- Gift cards are sent within 30 days of the completed portfolio review, by email, to the management company. They can be issued to you personally where your employer allows it, and you confirm you are permitted to accept it.
- One portfolio review per management company per quarter. Properties already submitted to Building Energy Experts do not count again.
- Offer runs through September 30, 2026 and can be withdrawn at any time before a portfolio is submitted. Amazon is not a sponsor of this promotion.
