Refer a multifamily property owner to Building Energy Experts and earn a gift card when the project completes. Property managers, real estate professionals, contractors, and previous clients all qualify. The referral takes about a minute. We handle the rest.
How it works
A clear referral path from introduction to review
Submit the property and permission details first. The rest follows three documented steps.
- 1Submit the referral first
Send the form below before your contact reaches out to Building Energy Experts. A referral submitted after they have already applied is not eligible.
- 2We verify and do the work
Our team reviews the property and contact permission first. If it is appropriate to continue, a team member contacts the owner to discuss the next step.
- 3Approved reward is issued
An approved gift-card reward is issued after the referred project completes under the posted terms. Processing takes roughly 8 to 12 weeks.

Referral program terms
- The referral form must be submitted before the referred party applies. Referrals submitted after the referred party has applied are not eligible.
- A referral is approved only after the referred project completes. Submitting a referral does not create an entitlement to a reward.
- Processing time for approved referrals is approximately 8 to 12 weeks from project completion.
- You must have the referred party's permission to share their contact information with Building Energy Experts.
- Building Energy Experts employees and their immediate households are not eligible.
- Building Energy Experts may change or end the program at any time. Referrals already submitted are honored under the terms in effect when they were submitted.
