Website information is general

Information on this site is general and does not determine final property eligibility, program approval, project scope, savings, or incentive amounts. Program availability and requirements can change. A property-specific review is required before any final determination.

A coverage area result, a service page, or a property review confirmation is not an approval and does not reserve funding. Program funds can be limited and are often first come, first served.

Property review requests

Submitting a property review form does not book an onsite assessment. Building Energy Experts reviews the submitted information first and follows up to discuss fit and the right next step. Please provide accurate information about the property. Do not submit a request for a property you are not authorized to act for.

Communications

If you agree to be contacted, Building Energy Experts may contact you by phone, text, or email about the property assessment request you submitted. This permission is limited to that request and does not authorize unrelated marketing. Message and data rates may apply, and you can opt out at any time. Details are in the privacy policy.

BEE Staff Lead Alert Program

The BEE Staff Lead Alert Program sends event-driven operational alerts to authorized Building Energy Experts staff who separately enroll. Alerts are sent when new website assessment requests arrive and direct staff to the secure BEE portal. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP or contact Admin@BuildingEnergyExperts.com or (888) 623-3769. To stop alerts, reply STOP. Consent is not a condition of employment or service.

Acceptable use and content

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, access it by automated means that degrade service, or submit false, abusive, or unlawful content. Site text, photography, and design belong to Building Energy Experts or its licensors. Program names and logos belong to their owners and appear only to identify programs Building Energy Experts works with.

No warranty on site content

The website is provided as is. Building Energy Experts works to keep it accurate but does not warrant that every page is complete, current, or error free. These terms do not limit any obligation in a signed agreement for work at your property, and they do not affect rights you have under applicable law.
