BEE Staff Lead Alert Program

Effective August 27, 2026. This operational notification program is available only to authorized Building Energy Experts staff.

Who can enroll

Only an authorized Building Energy Experts staff member whose work requires prompt review of website assessment requests may enroll. This is not a public marketing list, and customers are not enrolled in this staff program.

How staff opt in

• The staff member sends a written request from a Building Energy Experts work email to Admin@BuildingEnergyExperts.com. The request includes the work mobile number and states: I agree to receive event-driven BEE Staff Lead Alert Program text messages at this number.
• The system administrator records the mobile number, consent wording, date, and source before enabling alerts.
• No text alert is sent before the staff member's written opt-in has been recorded.

Program terms

Building Energy Experts sends an alert when a new website assessment request arrives. The alert contains no lead contact details or property address and directs the recipient to the secure BEE portal. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP or contact Admin@BuildingEnergyExperts.com or (888) 623-3769. To stop messages, reply STOP. Consent is not a condition of employment or service.

Mobile information privacy

Mobile numbers, text-message opt-in data, and consent records are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging service providers may process this information only to deliver and manage messages for Building Energy Experts. See the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for more information.
